Trip Master operates as an independent third-party travel agency. We facilitate travel bookings between you (“Customer,” “Passenger,” or “User”) and third-party travel service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and global distribution systems (GDS).
No Direct Control: We do not own, manage, or operate any airlines, aircraft, or hotel properties.
Supplier Terms Apply: All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, baggage rules, and cancellation policies imposed by the respective operating airline or travel provider.
Accuracy of Passenger Data: You are solely responsible for providing accurate passenger information (full names as they appear on government-issued IDs/passports, dates of birth, contact details, and travel dates). Trip Master is not responsible for errors, delays, or extra re-issuance fees caused by incorrect information supplied during booking.
Price Adjustments: Fares are dynamic and subject to real-time changes by airlines until the ticket is fully issued and payment is processed. Receiving a booking quote or request does not guarantee a fare lock until confirmation.
Ticket Issuance: Once full payment is verified and processed, booking confirmations and e-tickets will be sent to your provided email address.
Currency: All fares are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment Authorization: By submitting payment details, you authorize Trip Master and its payment gateways to charge the total agreed amount for your travel reservation.
Service Fees: Trip Master may charge a nominal processing or agency service fee for assisting with travel searches, issuing tickets, booking modifications, or cancellations. Agency service fees are non-refundable.
Airline Cancellation Rules: All cancellation, exchange, and refund requests are governed strictly by the rules and policies of the respective airline.
Non-Refundable Fares: Many discounted or promotional airline tickets are completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable after issuance.
Changes and Flight Modifications: Requesting date, time, or route changes may incur airline modification penalties, fare difference fees, and Trip Master administrative handling fees.
Processing Refunds: Refunds, if permitted by the airline, may take several business days or billing cycles to reflect on your original payment method.
Passports & Visas: Passengers are solely responsible for holding valid passports (usually requiring at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates), entry visas, transit visas, and re-entry permits required by destination or transit countries.
Health & Entry Regulations: You are responsible for complying with international health declarations, vaccination guidelines, and mandatory entry forms mandated by foreign governments and authorities.
Boarding Refusal: Trip Master is not liable if an airline or border authority denies you boarding or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.
Baggage Allowances: Baggage allowances, weight limits, carry-on rules, and baggage fees vary by airline, route, and ticket class. Excess baggage fees are charged directly by the airline.
Seating Requests: Seat selection, meal requests, and special services are requests only and are subject to availability and airline confirmation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Supplier Actions: Trip Master shall not be liable for injury, loss, delay, flight cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, strikes, bad weather, civil unrest, or acts of God caused by third-party travel suppliers or unforeseen events.
Indirect Damages: Trip Master is not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of or connected with the use of our website or services.
All original content on tripmasters.us — including text, page layouts, graphic designs, logos, software, and images — is the property of Trip Master or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of site content is strictly prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or competent courts within the United States.
